IGNIZOM 2K25 IGNIZOM 2K25 – A Smart College Event Management & Registration Platform
IGNIZOM 2K25 is an innovative college event management and registration platform developed using Laravel. It offers a seamless experience for both participants and administrators through its user-friendly front-end interface and robust admin dashboard. The platform also features a custom WhatsApp bot to enhance communication and engagement.
User-Friendly Interface: Participants can easily explore and register for over 17 diverse events, including technical and non-technical activities such as Paintball, Free Fire tournaments, BGMI (PUBG) matches, Logic Ludo, ChemOMissile, and Treasure Hunt.
Efficient Registration Process: The platform streamlines event registration by allowing users to select events, make payments via UPI QR codes, and complete registration forms effortlessly. Upon successful registration, participants receive confirmation emails containing QR codes and unique IDs for event access.
Custom WhatsApp Bot Integration: To enhance participant engagement, a custom WhatsApp bot sends registration details, including participant information and entry QR codes, directly to their WhatsApp. Additionally, a separate admin chat feature provides real-time event registration status updates for efficient management.
Robust Admin Dashboard: Administrators have access to a powerful dashboard that enables efficient management of event details, participant information.

Exclusively developed as an internal project for OM Education Campus, the IGNIZOM 2K25 website is powered by the Department of Computer Engineering. This reflects the department's dedication to utilizing technology to create a user-friendly and easy event management experience.
